Mayu Learn provides tools for language learning, including flashcard creation, study tracking, and AI-generated content.

However, by using the Services, you grant Mayu Learn a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

* use it to provide and improve the Services

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. AI-Generated Content

Mayu Learn may generate content using artificial intelligence, including:

* example sentences

* articles (e.g. newspapers)

* translations or definitions

You acknowledge that:

* AI-generated content may not always be accurate

* it is provided for learning purposes only

* you should not rely on it as a sole source of truth

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be:

* available

* uninterrupted

* error-free

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services (excluding your content), including:

* software

* design

* branding

* features

are owned by Mayu Learn or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

* we are required to do so for legal reasons

* your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayu Learn shall not be liable for:

* loss of learning progress

* any damages arising from your use of the Services
